The real reason why the Ten Commandments isn’t posted in any courthouse in the nation is because you cannot post

—”Thou shalt not steal”

—” Thou shalt not commit adultery”

and, most importantly,

—” Thou shalt not lie”

in a building filled with lawyers, judges, and politicians.  It would create a hostile work environment.
