Stress is a national epidemic. Stress makes you feel frazzled and overwhelmed.  The stress of going through a divorce can be devastating.  You need to reduce the stress in your life, and one of  the best ways is with exercise.

Burnout on the other hand leaves you unmotivated and may cause depression and heart disease.  Unrelenting pressure plays a huge role in burnout.  Burnout is especially linked to your workplace, including feeling unchallenged.  Take on a project that is challenging or take classes to learn new skills.
