Don’t Let A Judge Decide For You

The minute you make the decision to go to court and have a judge make the decisions in your divorce, you give up nearly all your control over the divorce process.
If you want to keep your money instead of giving it to a divorce attorney, and if you want to maintain control over your life, do not litigate. It is costly and you don’t win! The only person who wins is your divorce attorney.
Litigation is not only costly, but destructive and emotionally distressing. Try alternative ways of settling your divorce. Only go to court as a last resort, if all else fails. Litigate only if it is your only option.
Unfortunately, some spouses want a WAR, so you will have no choice but to litigate. Everyone loses.
