Answers to Your Questions

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AND OPEN THE EBOOK

Downloading the eBook:

  1. Right-click the icon to the right and click “Save As” in the download prompt that opens.
  2. Save the file to your Desktop by changing from Documents to Desktop in the download box, then click Save. The document will then be downloaded to your Desktop where you can open it by just double-clicking on it.

Opening the eBook:

  1. After downloading the eBook to your computer’s desktop (or whatever folder you saved it in), simply double click the file and it should open in Adobe Reader.
  2. If you do not have Adobe Reader installed, you will need to download and install it. Adobe Reader is a free software download that’s required to read PDF documents such as eBooks, legal agreements, contracts, etc.
  3. If it does not open automatically in Adobe Reader—then open Adobe Reader from your computer’s programs menu (look for it in the “Adobe,” “Adobe Acrobat” or “Adobe Reader” folder).
  4. Once you open the Adobe Reader program click “File” >> “Open” >> then (if you save the file to your desktop) go to your desktop and open the file named “THE_DIVORCE_SURVIVAL_GUIDE_eBOOK.pdf”

This should open the eBook file in your Adobe Reader.

NOTE THAT ALL BONUSES ARE INCLUDED IN THE SINGLE eBOOK PDF

Adobe Acrobat Reader comes with an extensive “Help” section. If you have questions about how to operate the program please open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, click “Help” and make the appropriate selection. Help can also be found on the Adobe Reader Website at http://www.adobe.com/support/

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q1: “Where are the Bonuses that came with the eBook?”
A: All Bonuses are included in the eBook file you downloaded.

Q2: “I downloaded a copy of the eBook but now I can’t find it on my computer
what do I do?”
A: When you originally downloaded the files you should have saved the eBook files to your “desktop.”

If you did not, and if you cannot find them, the easiest thing to do is a search for them.

Click the Windows “Start” button >> then click “Search” >> then click “For Files or Folders”

Where it says “Search for files or folders named:” type in: THE_DIVORCE_SURVIVAL_GUIDE_eBOOK.pdf”

Make sure it says “Look in: ‘Local Hard Drives'” on the pull down menu right below.

Click “Search Now”

Double click the file in the search results and the file should open in Adobe Reader.

If it does not open automatically—make a note of where the file is located—then follow the instructions in #2 above.

Q3: “What will my credit card charges say?”
A: This purchase will appear on your credit/debit card statement as “CLKBANK*COM“—it will *NOT* say “PrepareForDivorce,” “Divorce Et Cetera” or anything similar, so please make a mental note of this to avoid confusion when reviewing your statement.

Q4: “Is there a ‘Hard Copy?'”
A: Currently, this eBook is only offered as a digital download.

Q5: “The links in the eBook won’t work.”
A: If you click the “web” links in the eBook (blue underlined links) and they don’t take you to a web page—make sure your computer is *online and connected to the web*.

If you get an error that says something to the effect that no web browser is configured to work with Adobe Reader then try this:

In Adobe Reader go to “File” then “Preferences” then “Web Link” and choose your browser in the WWW Browser Application.

You will need to find the .exe file for the browser by clicking the “browse” button.

Your browser .exe file (usually either Internet Explorer or Firefox) is usually found in your “Program Files” folder.

Additional tech support with this issue should come from Adobe or your computer vendor (or AOL if you use them), since we cannot be  sure where to tell you to look on your hard drive for your browser’s .exe file.

This should solve the problem of being able to click directly on the links and have them take you to the web.

Q6: “I can’t print the book” or “The book stops printing at a certain page.”
A: This is likely an issue with your particular computer rather than the eBook file itself. Here are two steps which might help:

  1. Try restarting your computer and printer.

    If that doesn’t work…

  2. When you have the eBook open in Adobe Reader, open the “File” menu, click “Print,” then in the “Print Range” area, enter a range of about 10 pages at a time (example 45-55).

You can print ONE COPY of the eBook or view on your computer. You MAY NOT resell or redistribute The Divorce Survival Guide for Women eBook in any way, shape, or form.
