A recent study revealed that women in the United States are giving birth later, fewer are marrying, and the percentage of teenage mothers has dropped over the last 20 years.

In 1990, 9 percent of births were to women over 34 and 13 percent to teens.  By 2008, it was 14 and 10 percent, respectively.
