Body language affects how others see us, and it may also change how we see ourselves.  Body language can be very revealing. We can change other people’s perceptionseven our own body chemistrysimply by changing body positions.

Research shows that the way we act, think and talk, whether positive or negative, has an effect on our hormones. Our hormones control our mood and maybe even our risk tolerance. The old expression “it’s not what you say, but how you say it” is so true.
